Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package or VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. OUR VIP EXPERIENCES

How do I place my order?

All The String Cheese Incident VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, February 1st at 11 AM local venue time. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Do the VIP Experiences have an age restriction?

Events at Red Rocks Amphitheatre are all ages. Generally, children under 2 years old do not need a ticket. They must sit on the lap of an adult and not interfere with someone else’s seat.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the VIP Experiences?

Yes! Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or a GA ticket for both VIP package types.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue, which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order. Our VIP Premium Reserved tickets will also come with early entry to the venue, which allows guests to have first access to the venue.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for The String Cheese Incident at Red Rocks will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your AXS account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to receive your tickets in your AXS account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff member at each hotel on check-in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise. Please note, you will receive individual tickets for each show at Red Rocks through your AXS Account.

When will I receive information about check-in for The String Cheese Incident’s VIP Experiences?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive the merchandise included in my VIP Experience?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the The String Cheese Incident VIP Experiences?

The String Cheese Incident VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please review the Red Rocks Amphitheatre’s Parking FAQs for more information regarding venue parking and details, viewable here.

Is there a bag policy?

Red Rocks Amphitheatre abides by the following bag policy – Single-pocket bags no larger than 13” wide, 15” tall and 8” deep can be brought into the amphitheatre. Small purses and fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller, as well as hydration packs 2L or smaller, are also allowed. Is there a VIP ticket purchase limit?

No, there is no ticket purchase limit for VIP Experiences for The String Cheese Incident’s 30th Anniversary at Red Rocks.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP Experience?

All 100x VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How do I place my order?

The String Cheese Incident Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Thursday, February 1st at 11AM local venue time. After you click on the Travel Package with your preferred package type, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price for (2) guests, not including taxes & fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Friday, March 8th, 2024, the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the total package cost (see payment plan below).

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do The String Cheese Incident Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for The String Cheese Incident Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan for Travel Packages! An initial 60% (+ taxes and fees) will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, March 8th, 2024. If you purchase after Friday, March 8th, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before March 8th, 2024, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

Yes! If you purchase before Friday, March 8th, 2024 and are therefore on the automatic payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the due date, you can do so by going to this link. Simply enter your information, then choose ‘Pay Now.’ Once you click ‘Continue’, the system will prompt you to complete your payment.

Do The String Cheese Incident Travel packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the shows on July 12th, 13th and 14th. Depending on the package you select, you will either have the option of GA or VIP tickets.

How will I know where my seats will be at the venue?

Your seats will either be GA tickets or VIP. When purchasing a VIP Travel Package with reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and shown in your confirmation email.

Will my seats be the same for all nights included in the Travel Package?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all three nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my tickets included in The String Cheese Incident Travel Package?

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include roundtrip shuttle transportation to and from the venue on July 12th and 14th, and from the pre-party to venue and back to the hotel on July 13th. More information regarding roundtrip shuttle transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do what we can to help.

HOTEL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy – check in time is 3PM and check out is 12PM. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. Parking can be purchased directly with the hotel. The Kimpton Hotel Monaco offers valet parking services for $59.00 per night, subject to change. Take a look at the hotel website for all up to date parking information. Please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by the hotel.

How far is the Kimpton Hotel Monaco from the venue?

We chose this hotel not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is approximately 15 miles / 28 minutes away from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Don’t forget – roundtrip shuttle transportation is included in your Travel Package purchase!

I see there is a guest amenities fee at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. Is this fee included in the Travel Package cost?

Yes, the guest amenities fee is included in the Travel Package price. The fee includes the following benefits:

  • $10.00 credit at Panzano (may be applied towards any meal and/or drinks)
  • Nightcap beverage offering daily from 8PM to 10PM
  • At Mile High Spirits get 2 for 1 drinks or 50% off 1 drink when showing your keycard at the bar. This offer is good every day and all day for guests
  • Bottled water upon request
  • PPE kit
  • 25% discount towards a future stay when booked prior to departure at the front desk
  • Local and domestic long distance calls
  • Business Services such as printing/copying available 

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in for an incidental hold. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations, please send us your Travel Package order number, email used for purchase, and your additional night confirmation number (written out). We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, June 14th, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer requests must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, June 14th, 2024

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at [email protected] and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us prior to Friday, June 14th, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! If you already have the concert tickets in your AXS account when you initiate the transfer, you will be responsible for transferring the concert tickets to the new guest via your AXS account.

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at [email protected]. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, June 14th, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, you can go to this link. Enter your order number, email address associated with your purchase, and your billing zip code and click ‘Lookup Order.’ On the orders details page, in the payment plan section, select the checkbox next to ‘Pay Now’ then click ‘Pay.’ You will then be able to enter your preferred payment details.
